Job Description
• Support customer requirements and implement solutions.
• Presents solution in the form of process flow or product specifications and makes presentations to users.
• Provides corporate help desk support.
• Provides basic support in problem solving, debugging, logging issues and working to find a solution in a timely manner.
Skills
• A minimum of 1 year of experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic English & French are required.
• Full time availability.
