Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Location: Beirut- Lebanon
Job Description:
We are looking for a SUPER STAR CANDIDATE with high level of ambition, determination, sales and relationship building skills to: identify new clients, negotiate, and successfully sell them our services. The role requires a lot of traveling.
Key responsibilities:
1.Perform research activities to identify the list of clients in specific industry sectors and geographical
markets in the Middle East.
2.Perform effective networking and relationship building activities with potential clients by contacting the decision makers (specifically Members of the Board and/or C Suite Leadership
team) who would be interested in the firm’s services and endeavor to:
Book meetings with them
- Deliver effective presentations and win their interest / trust
- Deliver the appropriate introduction material
- Negotiate and successfully sell the service
3.Gain profound understanding for the firm’s service offerings and it’s culture (values, processes etc.)
4. Document and report findings following process and procedure and assure data management and housekeeping as directed and in compliance with the company business processes.
Degree Required: Bachelor and Master
Major Emphasis: Behavioral Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Math, computer science, engineering, masters in education, Public Health.
Work Experience: At least 5 years work experience in sales for soft service business, banks services, credit cards, financial solutions etc.
Type of Job: Full-Time
Languages Skills: English, Arabic
Computer Skills: Good command of computer office and database applications.
Technical Skills: Research Skills, Presentation Skills, writing & oral communication Skills in English, knowledge base &tools (database management) .
Other required competencies:
confidence, good in establishing rapport, high level perseverance, time management, team work, planning and organization.
