Job Title: Analyst
Job Location: Riyadh or Jeddah
Job Description:
•Conduct primary and secondary research on KSA property markets.
•Assess the data and analyze requirements of projects and determine
where and how information will be gathered.
•Conduct analysis on supply/demand , macro and real estate country
economics,
and market performance.
•Compile the data gathered into standard research reports and publications
using an appropriate and creative methodology.
•Assist in developing ideas and recommendations based on information
gathered to design and organize a project involving quantitative and/or
qualitative methods.
•Contribute information (as and when acquired) to the Colliers database.
•Collect data through visits to countries outside KSA (when necessary).
•Conduct site visits; gather information on competitive landscape and
demographics to help make recommendations for Highest and Best Use
(HBU) of assets.
•Prepare concise and succinct reports for various projects (Market &
Feasibility Study, Highest & Best Use, etc.) from the data collected and
prepare strategic presentations as and when required.
•Have a general understanding of Real Estate regulatory agencies and
general building guidelines.
•Data Management: Organize and update the internal database at all time.
Degree Required: Bachelor
Major Emphasis: Business Administration, Economics, Financial Economics, Financial Statistics.
Work Experience: 0-1 year
