Job Opportunity in Lebanon
NEEDED: GM After-Sales for a leading company in Nigeria: candidate will manage the after-sales division. Main responsibilities are:
- Responsible for the division's P&L statement
- Manage all sub-divisions: field operations, spare part sales, contracts, warranty, among others
- Enhance efficiency and productivity
- Re-engineer processes and introduce new ideas to improve overall performance.
Background:
- Mechanical engineering background is a plus
- Previous experience in managing a service industry (preferably in the generator industry or other mechanical/industrial equipment)
- Managed a large team across multiple branches/regions
- High business analytics skills (worked with field services software, proficient in MS excel and/or other reporting tools like power bi, MS access, etc...)
