Software Implementation Officer Needed
2-5 years experience
T-Force regional office in Amman is now hiring !!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Has a full and comprehensive understanding of the software solutions we offer
- Discuss with clients their requirements and data, hence to be able to map those onto our solution and features
- Provide clients with support on how to do things in our software solution
- Provide clients with training on our software solution
Requirements & Characteristics:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- A minimum of two years’ experience.
- Excellent client interaction and communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written skills in both Arabic and English
- Excellent knowledge in word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Great attention to detail
- A positive attitude
