SINIORA Food Industries P.L.C. is seeking to fill the following position:- Job Position ERP Support Technician Job Summary Implement and administer ERP system and MS SQL Server database. Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems. Ensure the databases are highly secure, available, and recoverable. Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability. Supporting and training users for ERP system and applications usage. Developing, managing and testing backup and recovery plans. Create, edit, and maintain Crystal Reports. Location(SAHAB - KING ABDULLAH II BIN AL-HUSSIEN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE) Education BA in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Experience 1-3 years of experience in the same filed. Languages Strong English skills, (speaking, reading, writing) Competencies Competencies General IT technical skills (network, hardware, software, concepts, Support, Terminal Services support). Knowledge of MS SQL server administration, preferably an MCSA. Knowledge of virtualized application server environments.
