We are recruiting IT service desk Engineer for our client in Oman
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Provides remote support in resolution of the incidents
• Takes complete ownership of incidents
• Records incident details
• Classifies incidents
• Prioritizes incidents
• Provides initial support for incidents
• Assigns unresolved incidents to appropriate support groups
• Monitors the progress of incident resolution
• Provides progress updates to customers throughout the life cycle of an incident
• Escalation of open incidents beyond the timeline
• Ensures that users are satisfied with the resolution and call closure
• Co-ordination with vendors for resolution of calls
