Position Title: Head of Sales & Marketing
Industry: Real Estate (Commercial Mall)
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Requirements:
-At least 10 experience, preferably within commercial or residential real estate etc, shopping mall marketing experience highly desirable.
-Masters or Bachelors degree required; preferably in Marketing/Communications or Business Administration
-Strong leadership skills and a good presence with all levels of management.
-High-energy, highly motivated self-starter; willing to provide measurable impact within a team environment
-Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to details and accuracy
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute annual marketing plan designed to achieve the project’s goals and objectives
-Develop strategic brand partnerships & implement PR/lead generation campaigns
-Coordinate with consultants for development and production of advertising, signage, and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs.
-Support and promote new tenants / Grand Openings. Strategically plan, schedule and post.
