We are recruiting a Sr Construction Manager for our client in Saudi Arabia
Minimum 12 years of experience in related field.
• Implement successfully client property development plan and strategy.
• Plan, organize, resources, lead and monitor the assigned project(s) to ensure that the project is delivered within agreed time, cost and specification.
• Ensure proper and professional performance of all design and supervising Consultant Staff.
• Provide monthly project management reports.
• Maintenance of proper and up-to-date project file administration records
