Minimum 10 years of senior level experience in Hospitality management.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Senior Management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems,
• Manage daily operations of the company and the work of the Senior Management team and outsource the required additional operational and administrative support
• Manage employees to achieve maximum performance, dedication and engagement
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics to achieve financial goals and targets
