We are recruiting a Customer Care officer for our client in UAE
Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing field.
Responsibilities:
• Organize, arrange and monitor items and stocks in the retail pharmacy area.
• Perform regular and stat stock counts on the order of the retail pharmacy manager.
• Monitor security of the retail pharmacy area and report any suspicious action to the security personnel in charge to minimize theft.
• Produce reports to the retail pharmacy manager in regards to items movement, customers' complaints and areas of improvement.
• Participates in and contributes to continuing education programs and assists with special projects as necessary.
• Serves as a role model and represents the department in a professional manner.
• Covers emergency staff shortage and sick leaves.
• Follows all prescribed safety procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned to him/her by the retail pharmacy manager or pharmacist In-charge.
