We are recruiting General Manager for our client in Kuwait
Minimum 8 Years of experience as F & B Manager
• Ensure that company policies and procedures are being effective implemented
• Manage all kitchen operations and ensure that highest quality of food is being produced under hygienic conditions
• Manage stock levels, including placing orders, organizing all stocking taking
• foresee and analyze budget to ensure maximum profitability of the department.
Must be fluent in English
