Job Role:
- Recruit, develop, and retain sales executives as one year under his Leadership
- Ensure attainment of manpower and production target of himself and his team with compliance of company's vision
- Inspire and Motivate his team to ensure implementation of weekly action plan, and provide reliable service to customers at the initial sales process and during the life of each policy.
- Organize individual and group meetings for regular appraisal review of Sales Executives Profile.
- Above 27 years old
- Holding Bachelor Degree
- Experience in Sales, Management, Marketing and/ or Customer relations
- Capable of leading and monitoring a team
- Solid presentation and interpersonal skills
- Goal Oriented and self- motivated
- Entrepreneurial spirit
