Nous recherchons, pour un groupe international spécialiste du revêtement du sol, un Customer service représentative.
Missions du poste :
- assure l'enregistrement des commandes transmises par edi,
mail, fax jusqu’à sa clôture complète en visant la satisfaction du client
- informe la clientèle des modalités et délais de livraison
en garantissant une revue de contrat.
- assure le suivi de la commande jusqu'à la livraison
(interface entre service dépôt, transport, transporteurs et clientèle).
- prend en compte les réclamations clients et les traite
jusqu'à leur terme avec les différents services concernés (sat, transport,
crédit client, commercial, logistique, ...).
Profil recherché :
- expérience de 2 ans minimum dans un poste similaire ou Transport / Import Export / Logistique
- Anglais et Français courant
- Expérience en vente et un plus
