The Department of Emergency Medicine is recruiting for full-time academic positions at the Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor levels in Physician-Educator or Physician-Scientist track. Candidates must be experienced Emergency Medicine Physicians, graduates of nationally recognized Emergency Medicine residency training programs or board-certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine or Canadian equivalent.  Fluency in English is a requirement. Basic knowledge of Arabic is preferred. The facility is in the heart of Beirut with an annual ED volume of 57,000 visits and a newly established EM residency training program. Excellent opportunities exist for faculty development, teaching and research with administrative support and intramural funding available.
