We are looking for a Training & Admin Coordinator to support our training operations :
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate training events and ensure they’re properly set up
• Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
• Communicate with clients through emails and phone calls to create awareness about monthly training calendar
• Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are issued
• Cheuqes collection from the client and make sure to be deposited in the company’s bank account
• Support all admin activities ( filling, photocopying procurements etc…
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or Diploma in marketing, business administration, accounting or any related fields 0 – 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of office procedures and billing
• Good skills in MS Office programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer oriented attitude
• Very Good in English
