Requirements:
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resource management or related field
Experience:
  • 2 years related experience
Other skills and abilities:
  • Familiar with local Labor Law
  • Excellent command of English
  • Expertise in recruiting, training and development, labor relations, performance management and compensation
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office and reporting.
  • Well organized
  • Reliable and able to work on confidential projects
  • Able to quickly and accurately pull several different data points together in a query to create a reliable report
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Work with Center Manager and Operation Manager in recruitment process including CV searching, CV screening, interview and assistance to line decision; optimizing recruitment channels, liaising with local universities to develop cooperation relationship;
  • Handle employees’ on boarding process and exit process properly;
  • Give HR on-boarding training to newcomers;
  • Be responsible for inputting employee information in our HR system and for employee documents filing;
  • Record attendance, prepare monthly attendance summary report;
  • Assist Center Manager in managing performance;
  • Assist Center Manager in organizing employee activities ;
  • Communicate and explain HR policies to local staff ;
  • Ensure HR practice is compliant with ISO requirements.
