Job description
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resource management or related field
- 2 years related experience
- Familiar with local Labor Law
- Excellent command of English
- Expertise in recruiting, training and development, labor relations, performance management and compensation
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office and reporting.
- Well organized
- Reliable and able to work on confidential projects
- Able to quickly and accurately pull several different data points together in a query to create a reliable report
Responsibilities:
- Work with Center Manager and Operation Manager in recruitment process including CV searching, CV screening, interview and assistance to line decision; optimizing recruitment channels, liaising with local universities to develop cooperation relationship;
- Handle employees’ on boarding process and exit process properly;
- Give HR on-boarding training to newcomers;
- Be responsible for inputting employee information in our HR system and for employee documents filing;
- Record attendance, prepare monthly attendance summary report;
- Assist Center Manager in managing performance;
- Assist Center Manager in organizing employee activities ;
- Communicate and explain HR policies to local staff ;
- Ensure HR practice is compliant with ISO requirements.
