Job description
- Coordinate with line managers in order to update and edit the job descriptions based on the organizational structure of the company;
- Participate in defining the job families and drawing career paths;
- Participate in designing career development programs for staff and ensure the needed tools are in place for their proper implementation;
- Oversee the proper implementation of the performance review process, analyze performance fluctuations and recommend adequate improvement actions;
- Assess internal needs, conduct researches, carry out benchmarking activities, analyze data/figures and provide recommendations for new HR projects/initiatives;
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties, assess qualifications and/or services, and negotiate terms and conditions;
- Assess internal HRIMS, define business requirements to design new modules/reports that aim to enhance its efficiency, assist the IT developers in implementing improvements;
- Participate in the preparation of the Learning and Development budget and take the needed initiatives that help create a learning culture in the company;
- Plan, prepare and carry out internal meetings and/or presentations, explain concepts, show facts, clarify HR related issues and provide necessary tools and methods;
- Measure preset KPIs, report findings and define course of actions to ensure efficiency and improvement of the internal HR practices;
- Train and assist the operational HR team on issues relevant to new HR systems and initiatives in order to provide them with the needed know-how. If interested, I would be glad to meet with you & discuss it in details.
