Job description


Responsibilities:
  • Review and classify on daily basis received CVs by required positions.
  • Select potential candidates based on our business needs and budget.
  • Execute pre-screening, interviews for junior and mid level positions.
  • Prepare short lists candidates and coordinate with the concerned Business Lines for interviews.
  • Prepare the hiring of the selected candidates to be approved by Management.
  • Call approved candidate to come and sign their contract.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies to select potential candidates.
  • Coordinate with Universities, for job fairs events to target furute potential candidates.
  • Report quarterly to recruitment manager progress updates and further instructions.
  •  Generating reports by using key performance indicator on quarterly basis.
Education:
  •  Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR or any other related field.
  • Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, MBA is a plus.
Experience:
  • At least  6 years of experience in the banking sector.
