Job description
Responsibilities:
- Review and classify on daily basis received CVs by required positions.
- Select potential candidates based on our business needs and budget.
- Execute pre-screening, interviews for junior and mid level positions.
- Prepare short lists candidates and coordinate with the concerned Business Lines for interviews.
- Prepare the hiring of the selected candidates to be approved by Management.
- Call approved candidate to come and sign their contract.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies to select potential candidates.
- Coordinate with Universities, for job fairs events to target furute potential candidates.
- Report quarterly to recruitment manager progress updates and further instructions.
- Generating reports by using key performance indicator on quarterly basis.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR or any other related field.
- Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, MBA is a plus.
- At least 6 years of experience in the banking sector.
