Job Description:
• Handling all Agency’s requirements for local, regional and international sourcing, samples procurement & production as per customer’s brief.
• Managing all Inquiries & orders from purchasing & logistics requirements to all final destinations.
• Good Knowledge of all import/export requirements for the entire region.
• Developing all Purchase orders required for all procurement and productions according to suppliers quotations.
• Managing efficiently current supply chain and developing it.
• Working consistently to achieve optimum quality and cost efficiency as per company work flow & ISO standards
• Reporting directly to Head of International Procurement
Skills.
The key skills required for the role are:
- Experience in procuring promotional items from the far east is a big plus
- Organized & goal oriented
- High Negotiation skills
- Persuasion & Accuracy
Interpersonal skills , efficiencies in time management & meeting tight deadlines
