Project Assistant is responsible for facilitating the effective and
successful planning, and implementation of the program activities and
other tasks as assigned by the project coordinator

DUTIES
- Support Project Coordinator and staffing assigned project‐based work
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of persons of concerns, staff and agency information
- Follow up on all contracts, activities and payments linked to project work plan and budget
- Support the process of planning, development and implementation of the projects
- Assist in the development of MEAL plans for the projects
- Contacts with Field coordinators to collect data related to the implementation of the project: targets, lists…
- Assist in the narrative, financial reporting of the projects
- Report on updates to direct line manager and team members Perform field visits to provide technical assistance for field staff
- Ensure close collaboration and coordination between direct manager and field staff
- Troubleshoot project/program problems and identify solutions with coordination with the Project Coordinator
- Any other task as assigned by the project coordinator and the HOD
SKILLS
Business Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and with minimal supervision
- Good organizational and basic project management skills
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English
- Ability to work well under pressure
Computer Skills
- Microsoft office – all applications
- Software applications required for daily operations
ACADEMIC EDUCATION
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Administration
