Project Manager/ coordinator Job Description:
The project coordinator will be responsible of the management of the project activities in direct coordination with ArabiaGIS.
The project manager/coordinator will be responsible for:
1. Setting implementation plan and timetable
2. Coordinating with different partners involved & Stakeholders
3. Supervise the implementation of the activities
4. Prepare required reports by BALADI CAP.
She/he will be responsible of the below main activities:

The project manager/coordinator will be responsible for:

2. Coordinating with different partners involved & Stakeholders
3. Supervise the implementation of the activities
4. Prepare required reports by BALADI CAP.
She/he will be responsible of the below main activities:
- Overall project management and coordination.
- Stakeholder management.
- Communication and change management.
- Platform testing and commissioning.
- Supervise the community manager work, who will be responsible for the promotion of the platform on social media and for echoing the local experiences to inspire similar experiences. He should play a major role in the pressure campaigns to enhance the level of transparency and access to information.
- Organize workshops with the five municipalities to get official approvals.
- Organize and conduct the transparency and accountability capacity building for the five municipalities.
- Organize workshops to get the endorsement of the opinion leaders and the gate keepers in the five municipalities.
- Attend several meetings in each of the 5 municipalities.
- Create the admin teams in each of the five municipalities and the union for the management of the platform.
- Conduct the capacity Building Workshops for the Admin Team.
- Conduct the capacity building workshop for the members of the Municipal Committees for better advocacy
- Conduct and contribute in the training and awareness sessions in the participant municipalities for the use of the platform.
- Run a vast media, advocacy and awareness campaign in the participant municipalities
- Produce the required reports, the M&E reports, and the final assessment report.
- Organize a press conference to communicate findings, value transparency and pressure for change.
