We have an exciting opportunity for an Inspection Coordinator to join our office in Lebanon. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing Request for Certificate applications whilst providing guidance of Product Conformity Assessment program to new and existing clients.
Key Accountabilities
• Consolidate information provided by clients and create Service Requests via in house system TradeWorks.
• Provide clients with feedback to solve operational problems related to initial application process.
• Timeliness and attention to detail of all requests from the Certification Centers relating to supporting documentation.
• Managing client accounts to proactively keep debtors data base within the country target level.
• Management and accuracy of data entry across all platforms.
• Maintaining a high standard of administration and record keeping ensuring smooth processing of all applications.
• Ensuring clients experience is of the highest customer excellence standards to achieve client retention.
• During day to day activities ensure all sales / registration leads are passed using the appropriate channels
• Management of all application.
