Job Description
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Prepares pay slips for salaries
- Involves in Employee Evaluation
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource state requirements
-Organising staff training sessions and activities
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures
- Maintains historical human resources record by designing and filing, keeping past and current records
- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Follow up for updating time sheet by staff
- Keeps organizational structure updated
Qualifications/Requirements, Knowledge and Experience
-Bachelor degree in HR or related major.
-Minimum 2 to 3 years in HR department
-Effective organisational skills
-Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
-Teamwork skills
-Interpersonal skills
-Meticulous attention to detail
-Numerical skills
-IT skills
