* University graduate , Masters is a plus
* Arabic and English is a must , French is a plus
* Min 5 years experience in a managerial position for the shop manager
* Min 2 years experience in a managerial position for the deputy manager
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong managerial and leadership skills
* Decision maker and multitasking
