JOB DESCRIPTION 

Job Title: Assistant Manager
Job Location: Baabda, Presidential Road, Lebanon
Job Description: 
- Participate in developing the Internal Audit framework (e.g. COSO) and follow - up on implementation. 
- Participate in developing the Internal Audit Plan based on entities priorities to be approved by CEO
- Participate in prioritizing and distributing audit assignments based on set Audit Plan ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of Internal Audit services 
- Perform complex operational and non- operational audits to ensure adherence to policies, procedures and processes for operational efficiency purposes
- Participate in updating Compliance framework and roadmap on a regular basis for tracking purposes and follow-up implementation
- Communicate on a regular basis with Regulators to understand requirements or resolve queries
- Keep abreast new regulations in the assigned regions and lines of businesses to enforce regulations in Chedid Capital Holding entities
- Participate in developing risk mitigation framework against political, security, social and environmental risks, and detail initiatives to be cascaded for implementation
- Participate in developing a risk register and update it on a yearly basis
- Define and follow - up on risk policy and process to identify par levels
- Conduct risk assessments in an accurate and timely manner to identify potential risks
- Participate in conducting impact analysis on the data collected in order to identify major non - conformities and detect risks for implementation of corrective action. 

Degree Required: Bachelor, Master 
Major Emphasis: Financial Economics, Finance 
Work Experience: 3- 5 years 
Type of Job: Full-Time 
Skills: Language Skills: English - Arabic

Working Days & Hours:  Monday To Friday 8h30 AM to 5h30 PM
