Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the Power Projects Engineering Department
Duties:
- Manage and assign the engineering team to various projects
- Validate the engineering drawings
- Validate the material specifications
- Support the onsite on engineering issues
- Provide the codes and standards for power plants engineering
- Validate the suppliers List
- Validate technical proposals
- Coach, develop and motivate assigned team
- Participate in the recruitment of his staff by viewing selected CVs and interviewing candidates
- Evaluate the personnel within his team
Qualifications Required:
- Postgraduate degree in Engineering
- 10 years overall in Engineering Design & 5 years in Power Plant Engineering Design
